Tariff provisions

General provisions:

Identity cards (or vouchers) must be presented at the ticket counter without prior request when purchasing tickets at a reduced rate. Exchange or refund after purchase is not possible.
All single-ride tickets must be redeemed within one month; passes within 1 1/2 years.

Extensions, exchanges or refunds are not possible. Unused portions will not be reimbursed.

All tickets and passes must be shown to ticket inspectors upon request.

All day, multi-day and season ski passes are personal and non-transferable.

Forgotten season / one-year passes:
In the event that a guest forgets the season or one-year pass, he or she must notify the person at the ticket counter and purchase a day pass or single-ride ticket. This ticket will be specially marked as such and will be reimbursed upon presentation of the season or one-year pass.

Lost tickets:
Piste passes will be replaced within three days upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt), with a surcharge of CHF 10.00. Single- and multi-ride passes will not be replaced.

Misuse:
All cases of improper ticket use or of the information contained therein will result in the immediate revocation of the respective ticket without compensation. Transport can be refused to persons in instances of reckless behaviour, the use of an avalanche-prone slope or a protected wildlife and forest zone, violation of the instruction or prohibition signs. Civil or criminal prosecutions reserved. In addition, a surcharge of CHF 160.00 for administrative costs must be paid.

Refunds:
In the event of an accident/illness, piste passes will be refunded upon presentation of a doctor’s attestation within 3 days of the date specified on the medical certificate.
Partial days will not be reimbursed. The refund is calculated according to the price for the days the pass was used minus the price of purchase.
Please note: refund time periods for winter-season passes are until Easter. Thereafter, pass-holders are no longer entitled to a refund.

Bad weather:
Bad weather, service interruptions, closure of ski runs or lifts, as well as unplanned departures, non-use of individual routes or long queues at the lifts (e.g. Christmas, New Year) do not constitute a claim for refunds or extensions.

Pistes:
By all means, please observe the markings and signs on the pistes! There are exceptional risks involved with "off-piste terrain" (e.g. avalanches, snow cornices). Off-piste skiing is at your own risk. Please preserve new growth and saplings and avoid scaring wildlife! Dogs are not permitted on the pistes! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Pass validity:
Passes are only valid during the official opening hours and operating times of the lifts. Passes are not valid, or only to a limited extent, for evening events and any other events outside normal operating hours.
