New landing areas in Engelberg and Grafenort!
The Brunni area offers perfect conditions for paragliders. There are three separate start points in total, all of which are easily accessible via cableway and chairlift. All start points are also well suited for first-flight training.
TÜMPFELI START POINT

|Getting there:||Cableway and chairlift followed by a ten-minute downhill walk|
BRUNNI START POINT

|Description:||Moderately sloping face into the meadows; space for around three paragliders.|
|Getting there:||Cableway and chairlift followed by a four-minute level walk.|
SCHONEGG START POINT
|Altitude:||2,000 metres a.s.l.|
|Description:||Moderately sloping face into the meadows; space for around ten paragliders.|
|Getting there:||Calbeway and chairlift followed by a 20-minute uphill walk; also directly accessible in winter via the Schonegg ski lift.|
The Brunni area’s official landing zone is on the field between the sporting field and Sporting Park (Map of the landing zone) in Engelberg. Please consult the map.
There are additional landing zones at the field on the Herrenrüti (by the Fürenalpbahn) and in Grafenort (close to the cablecar Grafenort-Brunniswald).
It is not possible to fly in the event of strong winds such as "föhn" or "bise". Get up-to-date information on weather conditions from Flugschule Engelberg (Tel.: +41 (0)41 637 07 07) or retrieve the latest data from the Brunni weather station. Check the information on obstacles and find information on temporary airspaces on DABS.
WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT ALL PARAGLIDERS OBEY THE FOLLOWING RULES:
- Only use public paths and official starting and landing areas.
- Please do not use the landing zone for exercise your groundhandling.
